Dr. Chantelle Chen is a Board-Certified Family Physician who grew up in the greater Toronto area in Canada. She has been providing compassionate care to individuals and families in Tucson and its surrounding areas since 2014.
Dr. Chen has held various leadership positions including: interim medical director, COVID-19 outpatient clinic site lead and as a former professor and associate program director of the University of Arizona Family Medicine residency program.
She believes in a personalized approach to healthcare and takes the time to listen to your concerns to develop a customized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and stays up-to-date with the latest medical advances and evidence-based practices to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
Hobbies/ Interests: Baking, Gardening, Hiking, Snorkeling and traveling to new places.
